Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day activities at a garden-style community in Orlando. You will supervise staff, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing, ADA and related regulations.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong budgeting and vendor management skills, and excellent communication. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
4–6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service to manage day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
Set rent rates, ensure rent and fees are collected, and review monthly financial reports.
Approve vendor invoices and liaise with accounting and ownership.
Control expenditures to stay within budget and manage petty cash.
Oversee lease enforcement, including applications, renewals, notices, evictions, and charges.
