Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC, a global real estate platform, seeks a property operations leader to manage day-to-day property activities. You will lead teams, allocate resources, and drive financial and operational goals in a compliant, service-oriented environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to optimize occupancy and revenue through strategic planning and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage an apartment community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Sets rent rates, collects rents, posts fees, and reviews monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices and ensures insurance certificates, codes and communications are correct.
• Controls expenditures and maintains petty cash balance.
• Oversees lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensures maintenance aligns with company standards and safety requirements.
• Supervises staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manages client/owner relationships with regular updates and tours.
• Completes accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
