Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an assistant property manager in multi-family.
• Experience with property management platforms.
• Property accounting, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Post monthly rent, application fees, deposits, and collections.
• May perform leasing duties including renewals.
• Collect monies due after move-out for damages.
• Contact delinquent residents to collect payments.
• File eviction paperwork and attend court.
• Update occupancy in computer systems.
• Prepare month-end close-out reports (occupancy, accounting, SODA).
• Stand in for Property Manager when unavailable.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
