Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an assistant property manager in multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Entrata).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Post rent, fees, and deposits in the property platform and ensure timely processing.
• Assist the Property Manager with leasing duties and renewals.
• Help collect delinquent payments and pursue evictions when needed.
• Prepare month-end reports and occupancy statistics.
• Support resident services and respond to inquiries promptly.
