Job summary

Holladay Properties in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and Portfolio Manager with daily operations, including resident relations, leasing, collections, maintenance coordination and administration.

You will process applications, coordinate move-ins/outs, manage documentation, and help maintain our property management systems while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in residential/multifamily property management or related service roles.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/RealPage/Entrata) or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong written, verbal communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate resident relations and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist leasing, applications, screenings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Coordinate maintenance and track work orders with staff and vendors.
• Assist with administrative tasks and vendor documentation.
