Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with multi-family housing, apartment leasing, or apartment maintenance.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Effective communication with residents, staff, and authorities.
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and rent collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in apartment turnover process and follow-up inspections.
• Accompany new residents for move-in inspections and complete move-in checklist.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Assist with late rent collection and eviction processes when required.
• Attend seminars or staff meetings for policy updates and training.
• Report hazards and safety concerns to Property Manager.
