Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, facilities management, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations and leasing practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive tenant relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Support day-to-day property operations to ensure maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Manage lease agreements, including negotiation, renewal, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Oversee property budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Support management team and vendor relationships, participate in hiring and training.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; manage risk.
