Job summary

Cove Communities is seeking an organized Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations for our Florida portfolio. You will partner with the Community Manager to oversee rent collection, leasing processes, and resident relations, while maintaining accurate records and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in residential property management, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in residential property management or HOA admin.
• Strong administrative and bookkeeping capabilities are desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection and posting to ledger.
• Manage delinquencies with follow-ups and notices.
• Assist with financial reporting and annual budgets.
• Support leasing processes and move-ins/move-outs.
• Coordinate inspections and front desk operations.
• Respond to resident inquiries professionally.
