Job summary

• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee accounts payable, invoicing and reporting to Corporate Office.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely turnovers and property upkeep.
• Provide supervision of routine maintenance and safety compliance.
