The role emphasizes revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and coordination with owners. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment with onsite responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing day-to-day operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data to project performance patterns.
• Meet revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and contractors, ensuring proper documentation and insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash balance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals according to the lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Supervise staff, hire/train employees, and manage performance per company policies.
