Job summary

WS Development, Massachusetts-based, is seeking a Property Operations Manager for Station Square in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on daily property operations, cross-functional coordination of construction projects, and top-tier tenant and guest service.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, Construction Oversight, and Tenant Coordinator to maintain the property, manage budget and vendors, and drive continuous improvement using AI tools.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Experience in property management, construction, or store management preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving workplace.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to partner with tenants and the public.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Station Square, including disruptions from construction, deliveries, snow removal, landscaping, trash removal, and contracted services.
• Plan and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance for tenant and base-building equipment.
• Build relationships with local/regional officials and stakeholders to support operations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to tenants and customers.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences for new tenants and partner with development teams on property improvements.
• Manage CAM budget and vendor negotiations to optimize spending.
• Champion AI tools to improve contract tracking, invoicing, and reporting workflows.
• Oversee tenant build-outs and building development during leases, and review constructability impacts.
• Prepare site reports highlighting progress and concerns to the construction team.
• Stay aligned with lease terms and maintain readiness for events, including occasional evenings/weekends.
