AIR Communities is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to oversee multi-site operations in the Miami area. You will lead on-site service teams, ensure maintenance aligns with budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and program-management experience, with responsibilities spanning vendor management, preventive maintenance, and disaster preparedness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, facilities management, or business.
• Minimum 6 years of property maintenance management experience with knowledge of facilities management, budgeting, training, and program implementation.
• Strong planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage operations across multiple sites.
• Provide leadership and oversight of on-site service teams to meet KPIs and CSAT.
• Communicate effectively at all levels—downward to sites, laterally, and upward to leadership.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor performance; implement improvements as needed.
• Manage maintenance operations to align with budgets and reduce costs where possible.
• Develop internal talent pipelines through training and mentorship.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and site-specific schedules.
• Identify capital needs and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
