Job summary

Sun Palace Vacations is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our Fort Myers Beach team. You will support onsite staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure properties meet high cleanliness and quality standards to maximize guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills, able to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and supplies.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk between locations, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for team members to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
• Schedule and communicate with vendors to complete work on time and to company standards.
• Monitor property condition and cleanliness, ensuring homes meet quality expectations.
• Address and resolve escalated guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct routine property checks and create action plans to maintain excellent condition.
• Support team members with priorities, questions, and operational guidance throughout the day.
• Track and follow up on maintenance tasks to ensure completion and accountability.
• Communicate updates between departments to keep operations organized and running smoothly.
