Sun Palace Vacations, LLC in Fort Myers Beach, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Property Inspector to ensure vacation rentals meet high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness. The role involves touring properties, identifying issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams.

You will perform minor repairs, manage inventory, assist with amenity and linen bags, and keep accurate inspection records.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to perform small repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Mobile device with data plan for inspections.
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and carry items.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties within the assigned territory and inspect for cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform minor repairs such as changing bulbs, fixing leaks, and troubleshooting small maintenance issues.
• Report major maintenance concerns and coordinate with the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and all appliances are in working order before guest arrivals.
• Occasionally assist with amenity bags and linen bags for weekly cleaning services.
• Manage property staging to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment.
• Deliver requested items to guests to enhance their stay and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, maintenance requests, and inventory levels.
• Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth property turnover.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform small repairs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Employee must have a Mobile device with data plan that allows them to be access the internet during inspections.
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, an d carry
• The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
