Village Realty seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a Corolla-area portfolio, coordinating inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure safe, clean, and guest-ready homes.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in hospitality, property management, or related fields and 4+ years in related roles. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally. Weekend work is required.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor degree in hospitality, business, property management, real estate, or related field.
• Experience: Four or more years in hospitality, vacation-rental, residential, multifamily, or property-management roles; leadership experience.
• Licenses: Valid driver license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Technology: Proficiency with property-management software, work-order, inspection, scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Other: Ability to travel locally, on-call, respond to urgent needs, and protect confidential information.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations for an assigned property portfolio and coordinate inspections, turns, housekeeping, maintenance, access, vendors, and service priorities.
• Inspect homes for cleanliness, safety, functionality, presentation, inventory, and guest readiness; ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Coach and supervise employees and contractors for quality, safety, productivity, and service standards.
• Prioritize work orders, guest requests, and repairs; coordinate timely resolution.
• Communicate property conditions, service needs, and risks to owner relations and leadership.
• Oversee labor, supplies, inventory, purchasing, vendors, invoices, and operating expenses within budgets.
• Support guest issue resolution and service recovery with accurate onsite information and documented outcomes.
• Implement property procedures, safety practices, and preventive maintenance.
