Village Realty, a local property management, vacation rental and real estate sales firm in the Outer Banks, seeks a detail-oriented professional to lead onboarding of new property units. You will coordinate with shop-level teams and ensure properties meet brand standards from day one.

The role evolves as the portfolio stabilizes, with potential for additional operational duties and cross-functional projects across Marketing, Revenue Management, and Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or a high-volume project management role.
• Adaptability: startup-style environments where roles evolve; willingness to develop new processes.
• Communication: exceptional verbal and written skills; clear documentation; positive conflict resolution.
• Computer Skills: proficiency with property management software; ability to calculate figures and percentages; MS Windows/Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new property units into the management system.
• Coordinate with local shop teams including owner relations managers, photography team, and leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding workflow and implement scalable solutions; maintain cross-functional communication.
• Assist with special projects related to shared services and regional expansion.
