Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services in Bridgman, MI is seeking a Property Operations & Grounds Specialist to keep our client site safe and well-kept. You will mow, trim, prune, remove snow, and perform light repairs to keep buildings and landscapes ready for operations.

You will work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 75 lbs, and pass background and drug screens. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus. This full-time role offers health benefits and a comprehensive 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Grounds care and outdoor maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping tools and equipment safely.
• Must pass background and drug screening; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grounds care: mow, trim, edge and prune around walks, beds and walls.
• Seasonal response: snow/ice removal, leaf cleanup, litter control.
• Equipment upkeep: perform minor maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Building upkeep: light painting, plumbing, drywall work, repairs to toilets/urinals.
• Facilities support: move office furniture and reconfigure spaces.

Join a team that keeps critical facilities runningWECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is hiring a Property Operations & Grounds Specialist to support our Bridgman, MI site.
