Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Salt Lake City has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager. You will assist the Property Manager, coordinate tenant relations, and help maintain property files, leases, and contracts.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Business and 2+ years in real estate property management, plus an active license or CPM/RPA designation. You will manage staff in the PM's absence and handle invoices, budgets, and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 2+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Active Real Estate license in the state worked in OR RPA or CPM professional designation(s).
• Basic understanding of computer software programs and base building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the building staff in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager.
• Prepare lease abstracts and monthly rent roll for management review.
• Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pickup.
• Oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems.
• Prepare invoices with back-up according to established procedures.
• Update and maintain office procedures in the property operation’s manual.
