Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing goals, revenue management, and resident relations at a property in Urbana. The role reports to the Regional Director and leads an on-site management team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree (or higher) with at least four years of property management experience, including two years in a Community Manager role. Strong financial and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree strongly preferred, high school diploma required.
• 4 years of experience in various positions in a residential rental community is required.
• 2 years of experience as a Community Manager with a proven record of achievements.
• Student housing experience is STRONGLY preferred.
• Proven proficiency in all areas of property management operations.
• Strong financial, organizational, and analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong internet, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication, management, and people skills.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Lead the monthly financial reporting and budgeting process.
• Manage staff, training, and performance reviews.
• Foster resident relations and implement retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital projects with the onsite team.
