Job summary

Desoto is seeking a Community Manager in Little Rock, AR to oversee the on-site team and ensure property performance aligns with MMG Management standards. You will manage daily property operations, leasing, budgeting, maintenance, and tenant relations to deliver excellent resident satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of the on-site staff, ability to implement plans, and regular reporting on occupancy and financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably multi-familyResidential.
• CAM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Lead on-site leasing and occupancy management to maintain high occupancy.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management with timely service.
• Lead and train on-site teams; conduct performance reviews and scheduling.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure risk management and safety compliance across the property.
