Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager in El Dorado, AR, to lead leasing, resident relations, and property operations. This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires coordinating budgeting, maintenance, marketing and team supervision.

A strong understanding of HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit programs is preferred. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC, and local regulations, while maintaining records, safety logs and regular market surveys.

Qualifications

• HUD multi-family project base Section 8 and Tax Credit property management experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain high legal/ethical standards and confidentiality in operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance and budgeting processes.
• Ensure property operations comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Supervise on-site team and recruit/hire staff as needed.
• Prepare and analyze property financial statements and reports.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and on-site records and inspections.
