Job summary

The Community Property Manager will oversee property operations, engage with residents and stakeholders, and drive NOI through cost controls and revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive property management experience, proficiency in Section 8/HUD programs, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of property management experience required, must have at least 2 years experience with tax credits.
• Project based Section 8 experience.
• HUD knowledge/experience and strong management experience.
• Enterprise Income Verification system knowledge and processing HAP vouchers through TRACs, MOR with Contract Administrator experience.
• Affordable housing certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for building and engaging communities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Prior training in budget preparations and analyzing reports, marketing, and human resource management is preferred.
• Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms and other channels.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels.
• Plan and execute events and activities to engage the community.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
