Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group (ARG) in Georgia seeks an Asset Manager to oversee a multi-property portfolio, ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance. You will analyze cash flows, manage budgets, and coordinate with lenders and partners to optimize operations.

The role requires a strong finance foundation, real estate experience, and proficiency in Excel with Yardi as a plus. This is a full-time position based in Decatur, GA, focused on sustaining affordability and program compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and related experience.
• Experience in real estate and asset management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and budgeting abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio operations to maximize cash flow and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and operating statements for properties.
• Prepare board reports and investor communications on performance.
• Coordinate with lenders, partners, and internal teams on funding.
• Ensure adherence to LIHTC, HUD, HOME and other programs where applicable.
• Support lifecycle transitions and asset management plans across properties.
