Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a Property Associate to support the Portfolio Manager and Property Manager at a 217-unit property in Southern California. You will assist with leasing, showings, resident needs, inspections, and office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires detail-oriented, dependable individuals comfortable with residents, vendors, and team members. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 40 hours weekly, with $21–$22/hr compensation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver3s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• AppFolio experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Help market available units and assist with leasing activities.
• Respond to prospective residents and aid with applications and rental questions.
• Conduct property and unit showings.
• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Help with lease renewals and rent increases.
• Answer calls, check voicemail, and follow up with prospects.
• Respond to resident questions, complaints, and service requests.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Create work orders and take photos of units and the property for marketing.
• Inspect vacant units and ensure cleanliness.
• Walk the property to check appearance and safety.
• Communicate with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
• Collect coins from common-area laundry facilities.
