Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management in Southern California is seeking a full-time Property Associate to support Regional and Property Managers across multiple sites. You will handle marketing, leasing tasks, showings, inspections, notices, and provide exceptional service to residents and owners.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and reliability, with schedules including weekends. Compensation is $28.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical, vision, dental, a 401(k), and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• AppFolio experience a plus.
• Experience in property management, marketing or leasing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing collateral for available units.
• Assist prospective residents with rental process and applications.
• Conduct in-person and virtual showings.
• Assist move-in/move-out with inspections and keys.
• Support lease renewals and rent increases; conduct market analysis.
• Answer calls and manage inquiries.
• Address resident complaints with staff coordination.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Provide written and verbal communications to stakeholders.
• Perform internal inspections and external property walks.
• Collect coins from laundry facilities.
