Related Ross is seeking an Operations Summer Analyst to support the Operations and Property Management teams across the commercial office portfolio. You will assist with data analysis, reporting and key operational initiatives while gaining exposure to budgeting, contracts and performance reporting.

The role provides hands-on experience in property operations and analytics, with opportunities to contribute to market research, data compilation, and client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, operations, marketing or related fields.
• Strong data management skills with significant attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing property performance reports.
• Compile and organize financial data, occupancy rates, and lease information.
• Support creation of property valuations and investment analysis documentation.
• Track key performance indicators and market comparables.
• Help maintain property budgets.
• Review lease agreements.
• Conduct market analysis for assigned properties and submarkets.
• Research competitor properties and market trends.
• Compile data on market conditions, rental rates, and occupancy statistics.
• Support capex planning and capital improvement project documentation.
• Support asset disposition and acquisition processes when applicable.
• Organize property files and documentation.
• Prepare presentations and materials for client/stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by Asset Management team.
