Job summary

Related Ross invites applications for a Summer Analyst internship in West Palm Beach to support the retail marketing team with strategy and execution across residential, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and affordable projects.

As a current undergrad, you will collaborate with the marketing and communications team, contribute to content, social media, events, and portfolio programming, and help shape brand concepts while gaining hands-on real estate experience.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field.
• A strong passion for real estate and a solid understanding of relevant technical skills.

Responsibilities

The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the retail marketing team with strategy and execution of a variety of deliverables across the company. These initiatives will support marketing programs across the spectrum including residential, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial and affordable projects currently in the planning stages and underway.

Work cohesively with members of marketing and communications team to develop strategy and programming for Related Ross office projects.

• Website content and Social Media strategy and execution


• Programming and support of operating portfolio of properties


• Planning and execution of lease-up marketing plan for new multifamily development


• Assist with brand concepts and strategy


• Event planning and execution

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029


• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field


• A strong passion for real estate


• Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge


• Experience with content creation, social media, digital marketing, consumer campaigns and event planning preferred.


• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing


• Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges


• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment


• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
