Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead and coach a multifamily property management team, delivering exceptional resident experiences while driving financial performance. The role emphasizes proactive leadership, budgeting, and compliance with Fair Housing laws, with a focus on internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
