CRM Residential is seeking a Community Property Manager to build strong relationships with residents, partners, and stakeholders while driving engagement and NOI through cost controls and revenue programs.

You will lead communications, plan events, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms. Strong HUD/tax-credit knowledge and proven management experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in tax credits.
• HUD knowledge/experience and strong management skills.
• Experience with Enterprise Income Verification and TRACs MOR a plus.

What You'll Get To Do:

The Community Property Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building communities. The Community Property Manager is responsible for all phases of the operation of the property. Including, but not limited to achieving the highest possible net operating income through implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property, the supervision and direction of all personnel and the financial operation of the property within approved budgetary guidelines. The Community Property Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Bachelor's degreepreferred
• 3-5 years of property management experience required, must have at least 2 years experience withtax credits
• Must have Tax-Credit experience
• HUD knowledge/experience and strong management experience
• Candidates should be versed in the Enterprise Income Verification system, process the HAP voucher through TRACs, and successfully been through a MOR with the Contract Administrator, etc.
• Affordable housing certifications preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for building and engaging communities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior training in budget preparations and analyzing reports, marketing, and human resource management is preferred
• Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm
