CRM Residential is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager with HUD experience to join our team in overseeing a large portfolio. You will help manage daily operations and ensure properties meet performance standards.

You will support the Community Manager in leasing, resident relations, and inspections, with COS certification pursued within 90 days of hire. A commitment to compliance and service is essential.

Qualifications

• HUD experience and 2-5 years of property management experience.
• Must obtain COS or enroll in certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to support Community Manager in daily operations.

Responsabilités

Salary Range: $28-30/hr.

What You’ll Get To Do:

Our company is seeking a seasoned Assistant Community Manager with HUD experience and 2-5 years of prior experience to join our team. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
