Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Property Manager in Valdosta, GA to lead a residential property team and drive operational excellence. You will balance leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and maintenance to maximize performance and uphold service standards.

As a visible leader, you’ll coach staff, coordinate with internal and external partners, and implement process improvements while maintaining a focus on Fair Housing compliance and financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: hiring, training, coaching.
• Working knowledge of multifamily management, leasing, rent collection, and related software.
• Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
