Pegasus Residential in Statesboro, GA, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a residential community. You will coach a team, oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and ensure exceptional resident experiences.

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws, maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and software.

• Occasional travel required
