TMG Partners in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, optimize vendor relationships, and deliver superior tenant service. You will prepare monthly financial reports, annual budgets, CAM budgets, and reconciliation, ensuring expenses stay within budget.

The role requires a team mindset and strong communication with tenants, supervisors, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic accounting and financial analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties with preferred vendors.
• Deliver exceptional tenant service and maintain relations.
• Establish and maintain tenant relations through a customer service program.
• Review and approve invoices and monitor expenses against budget.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with policies.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and liaise with supervisors.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager on capital projects.
