Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of property management housing regulations.
• Prefer at least 2 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff support and lead a harmonious environment.
• Maintain records: rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/outs.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and posted.
• Coordinate maintenance and work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Walk the property regularly to maintain curb appeal and inspect for safety.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
