Job summary

Fulson Housing Group seeks a full-time Property Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, supervise maintenance staff, and enhance the value of our community. This temporary role may lead to permanent placement and offers PTO and holiday pay.

You will manage tenant relations, maintain accurate rent rolls and reports, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with safety rules while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of property management housing regulations.
• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in property management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations and supervise maintenance.
• Maintain rent rolls, delinquency reports, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Plan staff schedules and provide ongoing training.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and deposited.
• Coordinate vendor communications and safety/compliance tasks.
