Job summary

Top Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 125-townhome residential community. You will manage resident relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and property inspections to drive occupancy and performance.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, tech-savvy, and capable of independent day-to-day leadership with a focus on ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience
• Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, and maintenance coordination
• Strong technology, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and follow through on responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and resident relations.
• Manage leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Handle rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure the community is well maintained.
• Maintain accurate resident, leasing, and property records.
• Assist with reporting, invoices, budgets, and expense tracking.
• Utilize AppFolio, Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable landlord-tenant regulations.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to support occupancy, retention, and overall property performance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 125-townhome residential community. This role is responsible for resident relations, leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and overall community performance.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, technology proficient, and comfortable working independently while taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
