Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager/Assistant Manager to hire, train and supervise staff at the Riverbanks property, maximizing occupancy and profitability. You will recruit front desk, housekeepers, security and maintenance, enforce standards, coordinate marketing, schedule maintenance, ensure rent collection and drive guest satisfaction with exceptional service.

Relocation may be required; a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in leadership are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a property manager.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and achieve high occupancies.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise property staff to maximize profits.
• Manage sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, product, revenue, and employees.
• Recruit, hire, and train front desk, housekeepers, security, and maintenance.
• Schedule maintenance and ensure rooms are ready for rent.
• Ensure rent collection and handle delinquencies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and timely work orders.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
