As a Property Manager Self-Storage, you will:

• Ensure optimal performance of the property, including personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, and information reporting
• Enforce a zero delinquency policy and maintain delinquencies below the established budgeted goal
• Coordinate staff schedules, supervise site staff, inspect work, and provide direction to ensure operational responsibilities are met promptly and properly
• Manage petty cash responsibly and ethically, submitting reimbursements in a timely manner

Reports to: District Manager

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management
• Storage experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Knowledge of Yardi and SiteLink programs is a plus
• Must be available on call for emergency situations
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
