Urban Edge Properties is seeking a hands-on Property Manager for Regency Court at Woodfield in South Florida. You will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, tenant experience, and compliance, coordinating with Asset Management, Leasing, Accounting, and service providers to protect the asset and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant commercial property management, facilities management, building engineering, or retail operations experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Experience with occupied retail shopping centers in the south Florida market strongly preferred.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations including inspections, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee tenant relations, lease administration, and renewal negotiations with leasing and asset management.
• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and ensure accurate cost allocations and reporting.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes, risk management, and documentation.
• Coordinate capital improvements, projects, and capital planning with stakeholders.
