Job summary

Mom n Pops Realty LLC is seeking a full-time Property Manager for our residential portfolio in Glendale, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, rent collection, tenant relations, and compliance using AppFolio and Dotloop, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires a valid Real Estate license, at least 1 year of residential leasing and 1 year of property management experience, and proficiency in MS Office. A valid driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Real Estate license in good standing for at least 2 years.
• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with AppFolio or a comparable platform.
• Strong interaction with owners, residents, and team members.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Self-motivation and attention to detail are essential.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Experience with MS Office and One Site or similar software.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties.
• Utilize AppFolio and Dotloop to streamline tasks and maintain organized files.
• Ensure timely rent collection and manage late payments.
• Foster positive tenant relations and enforce policies.
• Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Oversee lease renewals, move-outs, and agreements.
• Coordinate HOA notices and resolutions.
• Handle notices and evictions in line with policy.
• Support buyers/sellers in residential real estate transactions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
