Qualifications

• 1+ year residential leasing, sales, or management experience.
• Experience with financial statements, budgeting, and accounting information.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
• Experience supervising employees preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software such as OneSite or ALN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging in-person and virtual property tours, showcasing apartment features and community amenities.
• Assist Leasing Consultants with inquiries, rental applications, and guiding prospects through lease paperwork.
• Handle collections, post rents, process invoices and payables, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting.
• Assist in setting renewal rates, issuing renewal notices, reviewing lease renewals and addendums, and managing move-ins/move-outs.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a professional, can-do attitude to ensure residents feel valued.
• Assist the Property Manager in developing and monitoring the property budget and ensuring compliance with permits and fair housing rules.
• Inspect the property daily to maintain appearance and coordinate maintenance activities with the Lead Maintenance.
• Review and maintain resident files and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
