Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager for Titan Hill Townhomes. You will oversee daily operations, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing to ensure outstanding resident experiences and client satisfaction.

Lead a team, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with property management agreements while driving financial performance and safety across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years property management experience required.
• One to two years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Responsible for meeting client expectations and providing an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Create a climate where associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision and providing coaching.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office regarding maintenance and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
• Organize and implement site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, property loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
