Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in multi-family property management with staff supervision.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property and manage leasing process.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents and handle renewals.
• Oversee administrative and financial tasks, including payroll accuracy and report generation.
• Supervise administrative and maintenance staff, conduct meetings and trainings.
• Maintain occupancy targets and ensure timely rent collection.
