Formación

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrates teamwork, customer service, communication, multi-tasking, and cost/benefit decision making

Responsabilidades

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue.
• Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
• Manage delinquency process.
• Manage vendor invoices and petty cash.
• Prepare renewal letters and renewals after review with Portfolio Manager.
