Job summary

KH Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, and manage a high-performing on-site team during renovation and stabilization projects. This leadership role demands quick decision-making and a focus on efficiency, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in property management, leasing, and team leadership, with strong communication skills and proficiency with standard PM software and office

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a related leadership role within multifamily housing.
• Prior experience supervising or leading others is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage residents, team members, and vendors.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and sound judgment in financial and operational decision-making.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, collections, maintenance coordination.
• Lead on-site team including assistants, leasing staff, and maintenance.
• Make day-to-day decisions to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Drive occupancy through leasing strategies, renewals, and marketing.
• Ensure timely rent collection, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Serve as primary resident contact for concerns.
• Collaborate with Regional leadership to improve performance and retention.
• Uphold Fair Housing and KH Properties values.
