Job summary

BECO Management is seeking a Property Manager – Portfolio Operations to support the management of its commercial real estate portfolio and execute department-wide operational initiatives.

The role blends traditional property management with coordinating departmental projects, improving operations, and supporting organizational efficiency across multiple properties in Maryland and Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial properties and balancing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial office properties.
• Maintain tenant relationships and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and service providers to maintain property conditions.
• Oversee vendor contracts, preventive maintenance, and property inspections.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
