Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks an experienced Property Manager for Patriots Place in Valdosta, GA. You will lead a team on-site, drive lease-ups, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage daily operations with a focus on profitability.

What you bring: 3+ years in residential property management, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and proficiency with OneSite/ops tools. Eligible for generous bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
