Princeton Property Management Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager for East Park Place Apartment Community in Southeast Portland.

The ideal candidate will improve occupancy, reduce delinquencies, enforce leases, and maintain high operational standards while balancing resident relations with policy enforcement. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers $27–$29 per hour, monthly phone reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k with match,

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.

We are seeking a highly experienced, confident, and results-driven Property Manager to oversee East Park Place Apartment Community in Southeast Portland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving occupancy, managing delinquency, enforcing lease compliance, and maintaining high operational standards. We need someone who is proactive, organized, decisive, and capable of balancing resident relations with consistent policy enforcement.

What we're looking for

3 or more years of multifamily property management experience, preferably with challenging or turnaround communities.

Strong leasing and marketing skills with a focus on improving occupancy.

Thorough knowledge of Oregon landlord-tenant laws, delinquency procedures, and lease enforcement.

Confidence in handling difficult resident interactions and resolving conflicts professionally.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Ability to independently prioritize responsibilities, solve problems, and make sound decisions.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold both residents and staff accountable.

A proactive approach to property appearance, maintenance, resident retention, and financial performance.

We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, establish consistency, and make a measurable impact. This position is ideal for an experienced manager who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in improving the performance of their community.

Schedule:

• Full-time Monday - Friday
• 40 hours per week
• $27.00 $29.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Monthly $50 phone reimbursement
• All offers will vary based on applicant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data
