Job summary

Flochamber is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily property in Florence, SC. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and property P&L while maintaining strong relationships with residents, associates, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and experience with lease-up and new construction assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Experience with lease-up / new construction multifamily assets is preferred.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities, property P&L, and property marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, claims, and risk management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
