Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community in Florence, KY. You will oversee daily operations, manage resident relations, and handle sales and leasing of homes and lots with a strong focus on service.

Must have 2–5 years of property management experience. Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, collecting rents, coordinating maintenance, and enforcing occupancy rules.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience managing multifamily or manufactured housing communities.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
• Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
